Soup Hands

Soup Hands is the brain child of Baltimore, MD based singer/songwriter Mike McKinley and producer Curtis Rhoades.  Formed in 2012 the group has reinvented McKinley's acoustic songs, taking them to places that run nearly the entire spectrum of popular music. With three vocalists and countless musical and non-musical sounds, the band offers the listener something that is uniquely their own.

The sound is often described as Alice in Chains having sex with Bob Dylan and Joan Baez while driving a car on Ambien. With a sound and style that is constantly changing and evolving, Soup Hands is never just one thing, and never totally what it seems to be. The one constant with Soup Hands is that it keeps the listener entertained, and is above all else, a band to watch.
